The build of our Key West II at Anclote Reserve in Starkey Ranch continues to fly along. Everything seems to take forever and then bam, it’s off to the races. Steven Blevins, our construction manager from Home by West Bay continues to be on top of everything and is keeping us updated as progress is made.
Below are the pictures of the completed walls. They passed inspection on October 4th. Now they come out and fill the walls with concrete and insulation foam and then install the straps to attach to the second floor. If mother nature cooperates, we should have a second floor and the trusses installed by the end of the week. Shortly after that, the interior wall framing will begin and our new home will really begin to take shape.
